Waterford
On the Blaauwklippen road, south of town. People stop for the chocolate with the tasting. It is the same side of Stellenbosch as Blaauwklippen, not a Helshoogte hop.
A short history
Jeremy Ord established Waterford on 1 April 1998, on a farm then called Stellenrust, and brought in winemaker Kevin Arnold. The name joins water and Ord.
The cellar and tasting room opened in 2000. People stop for the chocolate with the tasting, on the same side of town as Blaauwklippen.

The tasting room publishes its own hours, and they change. Check before you drive.
