Wine Fly is a visitor guide for adults. Alcohol is not for sale to anyone under the age of 18. This site does not sell alcohol, take bookings, or take payment.

Who you are dealing with

These terms apply to winefly.co.za and the pages published with it. The site is operated as Wine Fly. Questions go to wineflyza@gmail.com. No company registration number is published here. Using the site means you have read these terms and the privacy policy.

No shop, and no booking

Wine Fly does not sell wine, tastings, meals, or accommodation, and it does not take a reservation on behalf of an estate. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell liquor. If you want to buy wine or book a table, you deal with the estate or another business, on their terms. The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act rules for an online supplier apply to that business, not to a purchase on Wine Fly, because Wine Fly does not take the purchase.

Age

The legal age for buying alcohol in South Africa is 18. This site is a guide for planning a visit. It does not sell wine. Playground notes are for parents planning a day.

Information can be wrong

Hours, fees, pet rules, menus, and whether children are welcome change. The estate’s own site or phone line is the source to trust before you travel. Map pins come from OpenStreetMap and can be missing, duplicated, or out of date. Directions open in Google Maps, which Wine Fly does not operate. A guide is a starting point, not a promise that a vineyard is open this weekend.

Your decisions

You decide whether to travel, what to eat, and how the day goes. Wine Fly is not liable for a closed gate, a wrong pin, a fee that has changed, or what follows a choice you make on the day. Nothing on this page limits a right that South African law does not allow a website to limit.

Estate names and logos belong to their owners. A listing is not a partnership, a sponsorship, or an endorsement. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database Licence. The text of the guides is Wine Fly’s, unless a page says otherwise.

Advertising

Some pages show ads from Google AdSense. Ads are labelled. Wine Fly does not choose the advertiser in a slot and does not ask you to click an ad. Cookie choices are described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. If a sentence in these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
