Lunch

A short history

In 1695 this land was granted to Hans Hendrik Hattingh. Pierre Joubert, the Huguenot who also held La Provence, bought it in 1709. Vines in any number came in 1752, when Gabriël du Toit planted about 4,000.

The tasting room sits off the main restaurant drag, which makes parking easier than the middle of the village at lunch.

Opening times

The tasting room publishes its own hours, and they change. Check before you drive.
