Elgin

Iona

Watercolour of the Elgin valley.
Illustration of the Elgin valley. Not a photograph of this estate.

High above Elgin. Sauvignon is the bottle. It is a drive out of the valley, so it replaces a second Elgin vineyard rather than adding to it.

A short history

Andrew Gunn, an engineer, bought the farm in 1997 and named it for the island of Iona off the west coast of Scotland. It sits on a high plateau above Elgin.

Sauvignon is the bottle. The drive out of the valley means this replaces a second Elgin tasting.

Opening times

The tasting room publishes its own hours, and they change. Check before you drive.
