Beaumont
A family vineyard in Bot River. People turn off for the Chenin. Give Bot River its own stop between Elgin and Hermanus.
Chenin
A short history
The farm was Compagnes Drift, a name from the Dutch East India Company years, when this was a crossing in the Bot River country. Jayne and Raoul Beaumont bought it in 1974, replanted, and put the family name on the wine.
Chenin is the bottle people turn off for. Give Bot River its own stop between Elgin and Hermanus.
